5. Subscription and Payment

5.2 Refunds

One-time service fees are generally non-refundable once analysis has begun. Subscription fees may be prorated for cancellations within the first 7 days. Contact support for refund requests.

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to services until the end of the paid period.

You agree not to:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AICHINALAW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIChinalaw and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the services or violation of these Terms.
